We use Fastway Couriers and NZ Post Postbags. In all cases when the courier is used a track and trace number will be provided to you so you can follow the progress of your order.
In some cases the shipping cost quoted on your online purchase will be more than the actual cost to ship and an adjustment will be made before the order is processed.
Items are shipped as soon as payment is processed. We prefer to use Fastway Couriers but some of the smaller parcels may have to go via NZ Postal service. Normally items are delivered within 48 hours of payment but in the case of rural it can be 72 hours. If your product has not arrived in this timeframe after we have advised you of the trace number please contact us and we will find out why. Any delivery that takes more than 7 days will get any freight charges refunded
With our new "Online Stock System" out of stock should be elimated but if by chance we sell the same item in the shop at the same time we will be in touch to let you know how long it will be until delivery is made. Items that have to be ordered from overseas can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive.
Items can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days on the following basis:
- You must notify us immediately if you wish to return an item. This can be done by email or telephone. After 14 days all sales are final.
- Clothing must still have all tags attached with the original packaging. Clothing must not have been worn, washed or dry-cleaned.
- Custom or special orders are not able to be returned.
- Saddles cannot be returned under any circumstances.
The cost of returning an item is at your expense unless we have shipped the wrong item or the item is broken/faulty, in which case we will refund you the shipping costs. Items being returned must be sent using a service that requires a signature upon delivery. This is for your protection.
